Through the processes of:
- Hydro dilatation: it is a procedure that is performed under ultrasound vision that allows to expand the range of motion in the treatment of frozen shoulder or adhesive capsulitis.
- Suprascapular nerve block: a technique performed with ultrasound vision that allows blocking the shoulder’s painful signal administering medication around it.
- Suprascapular nerve radiofrequency: Technique performed under ultrasound vision that allows to obtain a more extended analgesia of the painful shoulder through the exposure of the nerve to an electromagnetic field emitted by the tip of a special needle.
- Ultrasound-guided aspiration of calcifications in calcic tendinosis: this is a technique performed under ultrasound control and under local anaesthesia that allows the aspiration of calcium formations generated in the thick part of the tendons, accelerating the process of their disappearance and reducing the associated pain.
